Summary

Neighbourhood Manager needed in North West London Paying £25.25 per hr ref 1390787

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Support residents by ensuring secure, safe, and affordable housing, while leading a team of up to 10 Neighbourhood Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Neighbourhood Officers and co-located staff.

  • Understand and address resident needs and demands.

  • Identify and fill gaps in team skills, knowledge, and experience through recruitment, training, supervision, and disciplinary actions.

  • Work with Service Managers and colleagues to develop, maintain, and review landlord services.

  • Monitor and evaluate service performance using data to drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with other services to enhance service delivery.

Example Outcomes and Objectives:

  • Maintain an overview of team workloads and identify patterns and trends in resident demands.

  • Understand residents, properties, and neighbourhoods in context.

  • Develop skills and knowledge in key areas to meet resident demands.

  • Provide a trusted point of contact for residents to resolve issues.

  • Support staff in solving problems at their root cause.

  • Learn from situations and address any gaps in service, such as formal complaints.
