Summary
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Picker Packer for our client based in Chessington.
As a Picker Packer you will be working as part of the Web Fulfilment team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our clients customers and stores in a timely and accurate manner.
You'll collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance benchmarks, guaranteeing that our deliveries are prepared efficiently and ready for distribution.
As a Picker Packer your workig hours and days are:
• Sunday- Thursday
• 08:00- 16:00 or 06:45- 14:45 (day shift)
• 14:45- 22:45 (night shift)
The rate of pay as a Warehouse Operative is:
• £12.30 p/h (day shift)
• £12.70 p/h (night shift)
The duties and responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative are:
• Pick and pack and organise within the warehouse bays to facilitate efficient delivery processes
• Ensure that customer orders are packed with precision, adhering to the company’s quality control standards
• Utilise Android/ Windows scanning technology to pick stock for store and customer deliveries
• Safeguard the integrity of fragile items by wrapping and packaging to ensure safe transit
• Document all stock accurately, maintaining thorough records of outgoing products
• Maintain a clean and hazard- free environment in the picking aisles while fulfilling orders
• Promptly report any breakages or discrepancies
• Uphold a safe and tidy working environment at all times
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would need:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and positive attitude
• Realiable and hardworking
• Good time keeping
