Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Child Support Workers in Hull to provide essential care and support to children with special educational needs (SEN), emotional and behavioral difficulties, or those who require extra assistance in their daily activities.
Position: Child Support Worker

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time roles available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
- Provide one-on-one support to children, helping them with their learning and social development
- Assist children in overcoming emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges
- Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment
- Foster positive relationships with the children, encouraging their independence and self-confidence
- Support children with SEN in and out of the classroom to ensure they reach their full potential
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or behavioral needs (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
