Reporting to the Enterprise Transformation Director, the role ensures effective governance, project execution, and alignment with transformation objectives. The PMO Lead will act as a strategic advisor to the Business Transformation Steering Group, driving change initiatives across the business.As the Enterprise PMO Lead you will be responsible for
- Establishing and Leading the PMO: Developing and implementing PMO structure, tools, and governance.
- Governance & Assurance: Providing oversight on project delivery, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with senior leaders and align PMO activities with business strategy.
- Change Leadership: Embedding change management principles into all transformation initiatives.
- Risk Management: Developing frameworks to identify and mitigate risks in transformation projects.
- Proven experience in establishing PMO functions and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
