Summary

We are seeking an experienced immigration paralegal/case worker, who must have 2 years commercial work experience and has experience in dealing high volume of immigration case files.

You would be expected to take calls, both new and existing, transactions with new clients, and able to converse to ensure you build client's for our firm. Must be down to earth, humble and is self-driven.

The role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs and develop appropriate plans to help them overcome challenges.We specialise in providing a comprehensive range of immigration services to both business and individuals.

We are dedicated to the provision of the highest quality of results and so are looking for a committed and highly driven candidate.

Monday to Friday UK time - 8:30am to 6pm.

Your responsibilities:

Responding to emails from new and existing clients. Transact with new clients, set out services and costs.
Work with our Lawyers and prepare legal matters, including applications, instructions, legal cover letter and other supporting documents. Submit applications to the UKVI.
Must have good experience in prepare both in-country or out-country visa applications for family, children, adult dependants, which would include visit and other standard visa process. Should have 12 months experience.
Competent in business related visas including Global Talent, Innovator, Mobility and skilled worker programs. Must have 12 months experience including sponsor licence work.
To have strong ability on the phone, able to speak with new and existing clients, and able to resolve legal matters.
Manage your own caseload, converting enquiries from new clients.
Advise clients, assess relevant documents for UK visas and immigration process.
Preparing applications to be submitted to the UKVI and overseas.
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in the UK Immigration Law.
Very good English language skills, an additional language is a bonus.
