Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic person to work closely with the Headteacher, the senior leadership team and other local Finance Leads and School Business Managers, in this key strategic role.
We are looking for someone who has:
• An astute understanding of the role of the Business Manager within a school setting
• A strong track record of managing a complex budget and staffing arrangements
• An ability to lead a well-established team - to motivate and develop colleagues
• Capacity to oversee whole school projects
• Experience of managing a range of communication systems
• A strong moral purpose to improve the life chances of others
• A passion to ensure all children access the highest quality provision across the school
