This role involves showcasing properties to potential tenants and buyers, creating great first impressions, and offering top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Host property viewings: Show potential tenants or buyers around properties and highlight their key features.
- Provide information: Answer questions and offer insights into the property and local area.
- Liaise with agents: Work closely with our property management team to provide feedback on viewings and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication: Friendly, approachable, and able to make clients feel comfortable.
- Self-motivated: Capable of managing your own schedule and workload.
- Attention to detail: Keen to ensure properties are always presented in their best light.
- Knowledge of the local area (preferred): Understanding the property market and the community.
