I play an active role in and support the delivery of the Talent Blueprint across our business to ensure there is a consistent approach to developing our people and measuring performance.

You will be responsible for
- Actively supporting the Talent Manager to partner the business and land key performance initiatives
- Partnering with Technology, People Comms, People Data, market Talent Partners and work cross functionally with key stakeholders on projects to deliver our performance strategy
- Working with Technology to ensure a successful delivery of the your contribution technology roadmap and continuous improvement idea\'s from markets are reflected
- Working and being the main point of contact for Group Talent Teams with our external supplier of the 360 feedback platform
- Supporting the delivery of the performance cycle, working closely with the Group talent teams to ensure alignment across the Group
- Working with partnering teams to embed Your Contribution and work with the Talent Manager to deploy group plans and create materials to support
- Supporting the running of Your Contribution NWTs and Challenger Groups
- Being responsible for tracking and monitoring of the Talent POE budget
- Being responsible for Talent team activity and team operational support e.g. meeting scheduling, action tracking etc.
- Working with operational talent and people teams, supporting ad-hoc requests and advising on performance queries
- Analysing performance data and deliver insight and reports that help the business to make the right decisions about Performance
- Continually tracking external Performance trends and bring ideas back to Tesco
- Supporting other Talent & Performance team administration and projects as required
You will need
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders
- Energy, drive and resilience Methodical, thorough approach to research and reporting
- Data analytics skills to to interpret and provide insight to support performance initiatives
- Responsiveness and flexibility
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Planning and time management
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Page Tiger
- Experience in People function, designing and implementing initiatives
- Experience in owning a project end to end
