Summary
KFM are now recruiting for a leading food production company dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations and ensure a seamless production process.

The role:
• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize productivity.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing support and development for existing team members.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
