Summary

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER ****£500 WELCOME BONUS***

SALARY RANGE: £11.74 - £12.94ph plus £67.50 per sleep in (approx 8 per month) = £29,000 - £30,500 OTE

BRISTOL - Rural location - Full Manual licence and own transport essential.

We are looking for Residential Support worker to join our team! Who share the same values as we do? Our Residential Support Workers receive specialist training in respect of early trauma, CSE, HSB, Children’s rights and participation. We work to a multi-disciplinary approach with clear measurable outcome.

Essential

  • Hold a full driving licence and have own transport due to rural location.
  • Able to work shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep-in nights)
  • Experience in a similar setting (min 3 months preferred)
  • QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred not essential)
  • Energetic and fast paced environment
