Summary
The IUC Clinical Quality Auditors will work within a team to ensure the required number of reviews are completed in a consistent manner and provide constructive and positive feedback to the IUC staff member, to allow learning to take place. Using computer software, Clinical Quality Auditors create audit reports and deliver feedback back to staff. They support the development of staff by identifying and monitoring trends within the Centre, recommend, and deliver quality improvement awareness/trainingto the auditees.
