Location: Charing House Care Home, Canterbury Street, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 5AY
Contracted hours: Part time contracted hours (20 Hours a week)
Hourly rate of pay: £14.80 per hour

We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator Role:
• Complete month end pay roll & PAYE and submit all statutory submissions.
• Managing auto enrolment requirements including uploading pension reports to relevant pension providers.
• Calculate SSP, SMP & SPP where required.
• Process monthly starters & leavers.
• To collate and organise hours worked by staff through the companies “clocking in & out” software.
• Maintain and update all changes to staff pay rates & contracts.
Requirements of the Payroll Administrator Role:
• Previous experience processing payroll from start to finish including FPS & EPS - Essential
• Proven experience of IT skills and knowledge desirable including the use of Excel.
• Experience using payroll software. Sage 50 Payroll - Essential.
• Experience collecting & collating staff hours & shifts.
• Checking Payroll for accuracy.
