What you'll do

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting the social media strategy for our Commercial & Institutional banking businesses. You’ll do this by translating broad business objectives into specific actions and developing tailored strategies for each of our social platforms.

Harnessing your insight for all things social media, you’ll optimise these strategies through careful consideration of the content you’ll be promoting, the target audience you’re trying to reach and the commercial outcomes you need to deliver.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating, managing and scheduling both paid and organic content across our social media channels
  • Making sure that our governance, policies and all other guidelines are followed
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance and engagement levels for each channel

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for an experienced marketeer with a a deep understanding of social media channels and engagement strategies in B2B.

You’ll also need:

  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills
  • Practical experience of social ads buying/trading
  • Experience of developing and delivering social media strategies and campaigns
  • Experience of using social media management platforms like Sprinklr
  • Working knowledge of social media measurement frameworks
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to turn data and insights into actions
