Seeking an Automotive Technical Trainer!

Are you passionate about vehicle technology and eager to share your expertise? My client is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer to develop and deliver their comprehensive technical training programme. This role supports the client's product range, dealer network, and valued customers. Fantastic basic, bonus, private medical + 28 days annual leave plus bank holiday!

Ideal Location: Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9

Full-time based at the Client's head office.

What You'll Bring:

  • Practical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining modern vehicles, including comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology.
  • Adaptability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to suit various audiences, whether they are technical experts or individuals with limited technical knowledge.
  • Engagement: Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning environments, encouraging participation, and ensuring that key concepts are understood and retained.
  • Designing Courses: Experience creating comprehensive training programs that cover a wide range of technical topics, ensuring that all material is up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards.
  • Delivering Training: Skilled in delivering effective training sessions, using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  • Planning: Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple training sessions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are covered and each session runs smoothly.
  • Time Management: Adept at meeting deadlines and managing time effectively, ensuring that all training objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
  • Licenses: Current driving license and right to work in the UK

You would be great for this role if you:

  • Have previous experience hands-on experience repairing and maintaining modern vehicles and are looking to get into a trainer role, or you have previous experience training mechanics.
