Compass is delighted to have been selected to provide Mental Health Support Teams (Wave 12) in education settings across West/North Birmingham (Handsworth, Lozells, Aston, Ladywood, Erdington) working in partnership with other health and care providers. Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference to the lives of children and young people? We are looking for an experienced Data & Administration Team Leader to lead the Administration Team in all elements people and department management, with extensive experience in and knowledge of the use of data and information systems to support Compass new Mental Health Support Teams in Birmingham. You will have all the skills of an experienced Administration Manager alongside the developed ability to input, store, retrieve, analyse and report on data from a client management information system. Working alongside the Team Leaders and Service Manager will have responsibility for establishing integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service including how information is recorded, collected, used, stored and analysed to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs. Based in Birmingham the post will work with and support delivery of services to children, young people and families in Birmingham.
