We are currently looking for a Customer Service Cooridnator, based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire,

This is a permanent, full time role - Monday to Friday. £27,583.49PA

Key tasks include:
To work proactively with the operational teams to ensure that client requirements are met in full and exceeded where possible
To provide a single point of contract (ecomms and wholesale only) for the resolution of issues. This will include resolving the issue within the team; escalating to operations where necessary and communicating progress/ resolutions back to the client
Key tasks

To work closely with the client to understand their needs – may include face to face/ telephone conversations and email communication
To identify and support practical solutions to ensure these needs are met
To monitor progress of the stock flow by interrogating data provided through multiple systems; identifying issues; providing solutions and working with stakeholders to implement these solutions
To liaise with carriers for routine and exceptional events or issues and organise ad hoc collections for clients
To respond to emails and telephone calls - taking responsibility for escalating problems. This will involve basic problem solving and interrogating data
To accurately maintain and update the excel spreadsheets that track the flow of stock through the supply chain
To support with the invoicing process
To ensure the necessary equipment is in place to store and transport goods. This will involve liaising with the warehouse teams and ordering equipment as necessary
To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them
To undertake ad hoc projects as required
