Our client is a globally recognised organisation dedicated to advancing soccer performance, education, and research. As an online-based entity; ISSPF connects experts, professionals, and learners worldwide through innovative courses and resources to enhance football-related performance and science.

You will be a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth operation of our client’s online business. You will be a self-motivated person who will grow and develop this role, the company and themselves, as the company grows.

This part-time role, requires 20-25 hours per month of flexible working, assisting in various administrative tasks crucial to the effective running of the organisation. Ideally you will work at least an hour most working days but our client is happy to discuss this for the right candidate.

While the role is predominantly remote, you will ideally live close to Chester for occasional meetings.

You will report to the head of operations and be responsible for the following tasks.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexible hours
• Familiarity with the football industry or sports performance is an advantage but not required

What will your role look like?

• Manage communication channels such as email and virtual platforms, ensuring prompt, personable responses and follow-ups
• Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and reports
• Organise and coordinate online meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
• Support the coordination of online courses, registrations, and customer inquiries
• Monitor completion of courses, coordinate assessing of assignments & certification
• Perform other administrative duties as required by the senior leadership
• Assist with various projects as required
