Summary
Key Responsibilities: Provide construction and commercial leadership for the Main Build Programme, ensuring alignment with project goals. Oversee the management of project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring best value for money. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Develop comprehensive project plans, setting out key milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities. Job Duties: Lead the procurement and management of construction contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best practices. Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery. Facilitate the internal handover process post-construction, ensuring services are set up to operate effectively. Provide strategic advice on construction and commercial matters to influence organisational decisions and initiatives.
