Summary

Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced Non-Medical Helpers (NMH) to join our team in the Croydon area. As an NMH, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist one-to-one study skills support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential.
Role Responsibilities:
• A relevant postgraduate qualification in a related field, such as Dyslexia or SpLD support, OR any postgraduate qualification plus specialist training for supporting students in higher education.
• Experience in providing one-to-one study skills support to students in an educational setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting students and making a positive impact on their academic journey.
Essential Requirements:
• At least one deaf-related postgraduate qualification OR any postgraduate qualification plus deaf-related specialist qualification.
• Experience working with Deaf individuals or those with hearing impairments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of Deaf individuals.
