You will be working in asupportive environment,responsible for developing andcoordinating the BerkshireTalking TherapiesEmployment service. Predominantlydeveloping training plans, overseeing service performance and data,andprovidingsupervisionand line managementtoEmploymentAdvisors. Youwill hold a small caseload helping people that are experiencing low mood and/or anxiety with practical employment matters.

Flexibility is essential for this role, with a combination of working remotelyfrom homeand travelling across Berkshire as and whenrequired.

You will:

• Support the monitoring oftheperformanceand deliveryof the EmploymentServiceand keep the Service Managers updated on progress and any emerging issues, and work collaboratively to develop solutions

• Produceand presentregulardatareportsfor the servicetomonitorour performance

• Providementoringand coachingtoSeniorEmployment Advisors

• Supporta small caseload ofclients to find work, stay in work, or return to work after sick leave

• Provide monthly one to one caseload reviews with Employment Advisorsto problem solve andidentifystrategies to helpsupport clients,guiding them individually in best practice

• Offer support via telephone, video calls(Teams), emails, and face-to-face as needed

• Offervaried and tailoredsupportto individuals, using tools and resources to empower clients to resolve practical employment issues

• Research national and local sources of employmentsupport and guidance, adding to the team’s bank of resources

• Ability to run data reports and present data to management
• Ability to manage teams and monitor performance and outcomes
• Experience in mental health and/or vocational/employment advice
• An empathetic and compassionate approach when working with people with low mood and/or anxiety
