Job Description:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will ensure the efficient operation of the properties, and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct property valuations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including tenancies, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market assessments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property value and profitability.
- Handle tenant inquiries, disputes, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all properties comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with landlords and property owners to develop long-term property strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of property valuation techniques and market trends.
- Proven track record of managing residential and commercial properties effectively.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and valuation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Every Second Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
