Would you like to join a growing and dedicated organisation looking to improve mental health and well being within the local
community.
Northamptonshire Mind has developed over the last two years as a newly merged organisation providing vital community mental health
services across the county.
As a Crisis Café Support Worker you will provide face to face emotional support to our services users, working with them to
develop a safety plan to enable them to remain safe and feel supported.
* 31 days pro rated annual leave per year including public holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 full years of service
* Comprehensive service-specific induction
* On the job training both internal and external
* Company sick pay
* Pension
