Are you a Care Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with flexibility and excellent benefits? As an Adult Care Trainer, you can enjoy a Monday-to-Friday role, say goodbye to weekend and evening shifts, and help develop the next generation of care professionals.

As an Adult Care Trainer, you'll balance working from home with regional travel, visiting settings to support and train apprentices. You’ll enjoy a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, managing your own diary and choosing when to meet your apprentices in person.

What You’ll Do


Work with apprentices in care homes and online, sharing your knowledge and industry experience to train and develop the next generation of care professionals.
Tailor learning plans to meet the needs of each apprentice, ensuring they get the support they need to succeed.
Support apprentices’ development by teaching them the importance of English and maths in their care roles, helping them with functional skills as required.
Build relationships with employers and provide feedback on how their apprentices are progressing.
Mentor your learners through face-to-face visits, online sessions, and ongoing guidance, helping them achieve their qualifications and become confident in their roles.


About You

We’re looking for passionate care professionals who want to share their knowledge and experience to make a meaningful impact on the adult care industry. If you’ve held a leadership position in care and are ready for a new challenge, this role is ideal for you.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:


Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager.
A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent).
Strong technology skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
A willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) qualifications in English and maths, support will be provided.
