We are looking for an individual to join our Corporate Information team at the Northern Care Alliance where you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset by utilising the latest technology to support national submission requirements, enable the Trust to leverage the value of the vast amount of data held and , ultimately improving care for the population we serve. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure.
Working in the Corporate Information Team you will be accountable for ensuring that statutory returns are accurate and submitted on time. You will lead ad hoc analytical requests and ensure that information is available across the organisation and ensure that any data that flows through the department is accurate and meaningful.
You will line manage junior staff members and be responsible for their personal development and work towards the department’s objectives.
• Work with the Corporate Information Lead, Insight Leads and services to understand work and change requests to systems, fully document the required technical specifications and build appropriate and fit for purpose reporting solutions.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to ad hoc information requests, ensuring analysis produced meets users’ needs and expectations and is fully reconcilable to all information sources.
• Provide regular updates on the progress of work and any emerging issues or challenges.
• Provide expert advice and support in the use of reporting systems, data analysis using advanced database, query language tools and report writing
• Ensure information outputs are accurate, fit for purpose, delivered to time and follow agreed development methodology with full written documentation.
• To deputise for the Corporate Information Lead and to assist with the allocation of information requests.
• Provide analytical skills, support and development for the Corporate Information Team, ensuring that targets and expectations, both internal and external are met.
• Support the Corporate Information Lead to streamline the information reporting processes and ensuring appropriately analysed information is available to aid policy decisions in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Corporate Information Lead to ensure continuity of reporting products and to support the development of standardised information packs to support both Corporate and Divisional use.
