As a New Car Business Manager you will maximise opportunities to provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers whilst assisting with the sales strategy and prepare reports as required. You'll help the sales team maximise profitability on all product and service stock and provide financial support and guidance whilst overseeing all vehicle transactions. You'll deliver exceptional product knowledge and communicate appropriately with customers whilst delivering the most positive customer experience possible.

For your first 8 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.

*(to be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and have held a full manual driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months)
