POLYFRAME has provided fenestration solutions to the construction industry for over 25 years. Manufacturing PVCu windows and doors
from our factories in Lenwade and Stonehouse using two of the most trusted PVCu profiles, REHAU and Eurocell, we combine the
highest quality materials with our fenestration expertise to ensure our customers receive market leading service and quality. We
are part of the Customade Group, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of fenestration products to retail, trade,
and distribution clients.
You will be a vital part of the Production Management team, responsible for efficiently and cost-effectively managing the
day-to-day Production operations in the fabrication/manufacturing facility to meet production targets. You will be collaborating
with the Manufacturing Manager, Sales Order Processing, Customer Service, and Transport teams to plan and coordinate production
schedules, ensure stock control, supervise and motivate the Production team.
You will have proven experience in a managerial role, overseeing and leading teams in a manufacturing environment with familiarity
in production targets and quality standards. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, coordinating with cross-functional teams
and computer literacy experience, particularly with Microsoft programs.
