Job Description:
As a Transport Planner/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our transport fleet. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing efficient transport plans
Scheduling and coordinating vehicle routes
Managing transport-related documentation
Providing administrative support to the transport team
Answering calls and satisfying customer requirements
liaising with drivers ensuring smooth operations
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mandata, Convey, Xero
A valid driving license is preferred
Proven experience in transport planning or a related field (desirable)
