We have two part time vacancies for Customer Service Advisors working on various reception desks across the estate. Our front facing service is a crucial role in the university and is the main point of contact for our customer. The working days are stated below:

2 x 20 hour posts per week: Monday - Friday flexibly between 08:00 - 17:30

You will be highly motivated and have a passion for always providing a high standard of customer care, responding efficiently and effectively to a broad range of enquiries at reception from students, staff and visitors.

You will have a customer care ethos, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, experience in the use of IT and experience of delivering excellent customer services. Reliability, flexibility, and professionalism are key attributes for this front of house position.

You will have five GCSE's, grades A - C or equivalent, or a proven track record of previous work experience in a relevant role/relevant life experience.
