Who we are looking for:
We are seeking to appoint a ‘Receptionist and admin support assistant’. Our successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed person who will provide a reception service at King Charles I School, including operation of switchboard, provision of first aid for students and staff and general administrative tasks.
The post is permanent, and you will be contracted for 39 weeks of the year (38 weeks term time plus the 5 school training days) and with a variable hour’s contract between 26-38 hours per week. Until 31 August 2025, the core hours will be 37.5 hours per week.

Experience of Microsoft Office packages
NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification or relevant experience

Your Application:
