Summary

Salary: NJC 5-7 £19,469 - £20,123 (actual), £22,737- £23,500 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time +5)

Contract: Fixed term Maternity cover (until August 2025)

Start date: November 2024

We are seeking a reliable, well organised, and experienced administrative assistant to join our friendly and supportive SEN team.

You're somebody who will be able to:

  • Be able to work at pace, multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Use your own initiative to plan interventions.
  • Be creative, innovative, and flexible approach to raising expectations and achievement.

You're someone who has:

  • Understanding of confidentiality within sensitive environments.
  • Knowledge of SEN processes and procedures in relation to administration tasks is advantageous.
  • Compassion and dedication towards young people.
  • Administration experience is advantageous or suitable transferable skills.

The role is due to commence; November/ early Dec 2024. This is a fixed term, maternity cover position.
