The successful candidates will have good knowledge of Community Services and be confident lone working covering the Northern locality. You will be required to deliver a high standard of care and in return you will join a friendly and dynamic team responding to urgent situations and enabling people to stay in their own homes. Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week. Our team works across North Devon between the hours of 16:00 to 08:00. We provide an evening service, 16:00 to 23:00 or 16:00 to 01:00 and a night service, hours 22:00 to 08:00 which includes weekend and bank holidays. You will require a driving licence, pool cars provided.
