Summary
CONTROL ROOM MANAGER
Guardian Security, based in Upminster are looking for someone who lives locally to work in our 24-hour Security Control Room.
Full-time position - 48/60 hours a week. Must be available to work days/nights/weekends.
28 days Annual Leave.
Must hold a valid SIA Licence.
Must have a Driving Licence and mode of transport due to office location.
Experience within the role is preferred but not vital.
Cycle to work scheme available.
Free access to our 24-hour mental health support (via Aviva).
Use of Company Vehicle inside working hours.
Unable to take Annual Leave in December/first week of January and Bank Holidays without special authorisation.
You will operate our workforce management system “Logosoft”, complete incident reports/statements as required, organise rotas, shift reconciliation, take information of alarm activations and provide the information onto a mobile driver who must attend the site, liaise with clients, perform regular Health and Safety check calls, printing and checking invoicing, etc.
