Summary
SAVS are looking to recruit a:
Volunteer Infrastructure Coordinator
37 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
Salary: £32,000 per annum

Upon completion of probation: Birthday leave & Wellbeing day
Post funded for 7 months
SAVS supports, promotes and represents the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Southend. This role will lead and work in collaboration with organisations in the VCFSE sector and individuals to design and implement a volunteer passport initiative and volunteer toolkit.
The Volunteer Passport is a free accredited entry level 3 volunteer induction programme open to people who wish to become volunteers and for those who are already volunteering in their community.
The purpose of this post is to:
• To engage targeted organisations to register for the initiative
• Promote and raise awareness of the initiative
• Plan and delivery workshop sessions
• Co-design volunteer toolkit
• Support the development of the Volunteer Passport platform
The successful candidate will have experience of working in the voluntary sector and have experience of training/workshop delivery.
