Criteria
No Experience needed (Fully funded training provided).
A supportive individual with lots of patience and understanding.
Ability to help budget, cook, clean and seek desired activities.
Applicants must be over the Age of 21.
A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.
A Car Driver is essential due to the location of the service.
Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks.
Successful applicants will need a DBS check.

Benefits
£11.72 - £12.78 per hour

£25 per night shift worked (approx. an additional £4000 per year).

£13K - £14'300 Actual Salary

You would be working for a specialist Education facility for Young Adults with special education needs, who have Autism, Learning Disabilities, Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs. Duties

As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will be a fantastic role model for the young people they support. Your focus will be to support them with their evening routines, this includes activities, hobbies which could be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and support workers on your team to ensure that their medical needs are met. You will be a fantastic listener and there for their emotional support, someone they can talk to easily. You will be a fantastic motivator whilst encouraging independence and daily living skills.
