- Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
- Participate in school events and meetings
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology or related field
Prior experience teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level
- Thorough understanding of the Design and Technology curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Additional training or certifications in relevant areas
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar and schedule. It may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
