£22 per hour

24-33 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to residents and will have previous experience working in a nursing home setting.

Qualifications

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
• Valid and clear UK NMC Pin
• Previous experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met during the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
