Summary
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Travel around Dartmoor, Newton Abbot, Exeter (Work from home as well)
Salary: £51,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Oversee construction and renovation projects in the prison sector.
- Manage project budgets (£50,000 - £500,000) and multiple projects at different stages.
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and the Building Safety Act 2023.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements of Project Manager:
- 3+ years of project management experience in construction/renovation with public sector, prison, or defence environments preferred.
- Project management qualifications.
- Strong organisational, time management, and people skills.
- Driving license required.
