At Saltram we welcome many families during the festive period to enjoy a much-loved and traditional Christmas experience. We’re looking for someone to become a Christmas Helper, and to support the grotto team in bringing the magic alive. The Christmas season is the busiest time of year at Saltram, so you'll be working in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Because this role means working with vulnerable groups, including children, so any job offer will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. You'll be working weekends to support the Father Christmas events, it is anticipated that you'll work an estimated 10 hours a week over a Saturday and Sunday. You may also be asked to support on weekdays if required, so flexibility is appreciated.

Interviews: 28 October 2024

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
