The Role:

The Administrative Support for the Volunteers Office at Erskine plays a pivotal role in facilitating the effective functioning of volunteer management processes. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Volunteer Development Manager [VDM] to ensure smooth operations in volunteer recruitment, training, documentation, performance management, and recognition. The role entails being responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the VDM in maximising volunteer engagement and satisfaction.
