Summary

Housing Support Services are busy, as a Senior Support Worker no two days are ever the same; you'll be part of a fun, friendly team who support individuals with different support needs. Your main aim will be supporting staff with managing the service and ensuring the day to day needs of tenants are met, which include shopping, finances, assisting to prepare meals, appointments and accessing the community.
You will be working in collaboration with agencies/professionals within the wider community to enhance our capabilities to achieve our goals.
You will work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, additional increments are paid for this.
You will receive excellent training, opportunities for development and have a helpful management team behind you to support you every step of the way.
We are looking to recruit to 2 Senior Support Workers to work as follows:
One, 32 hours per week, 18 Months contract.
One, 18.5 hours per week, 18 Months contract
Applicants must hold Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have experience of working in a supportive environment.
