Summary
Jojji Limited provides warehouse and stock-handling services for e-commerce businesses. The company is seeking an experienced warehouse manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The warehouse manager will be responsible for organising the storage of stock, managing inventory systems, and ensuring that warehouse space is utilised efficiently to meet the needs of our e-commerce clients.
Main duties include:
• Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organising stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and optimise storage capacity.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing stock independently, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in stock or warehouse operations to management.
• Ensure the warehouse is secure and all procedures are followed correctly.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage all warehouse tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong communication skills for client interactions.
