Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time cleaner to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our pupils and staff. Various shifts are available to accommodate your schedule, ranging from 6 to 15 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas.Empty rubbish receptacles and dispose of waste properly.Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the school administration.RequirementsPrevious cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Reliability and punctuality are essential.Flexible, tolerant of the idiosyncrasies of the school and supportive of the good running of the school.Be able to take direction and follow specific requests.Uphold the school’s policies, especially with regard to Health and Safety requirements.
