Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Technician – Accounts Software to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our accounting software, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolving software issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to our accounting software.
Providing user support: Assisting users with software functionality, training, and troubleshooting.
Maintaining and upgrading software: Ensuring software is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally.
Collaborating with IT team: Working closely with the IT department to ensure smooth integration of accounting software with existing systems.
Staying informed on industry trends: Keeping abreast of new technologies and software developments within the accounting field.
Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Management or a related field is required.
Experience in both accounts and IT: Proven experience in both accounting principles and practices, as well as IT systems and software.
Professional qualification: A relevant certification in IT, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
