Summary
We are looking for a confidentCare & Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working42 hours per week at Cygnet Gledholt. This will be a mixture of days and nights (12 hour shifts). Gledholtis an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
