Location: Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1LA - Free On-Site Parking - Hybrid Role

Salary: £28,619 based on a 37.5hr working week

If this sounds like you then we want to hear from you, as here at MTVH we are looking for Customer Service Advisors within the Accounts/Income teams to join our established Customer Service Hub.

This role

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to work within our customer service department, to work as a specialist Accounts Advisor. The role will involve taking ownership of rent and income-based queries received from our customers into the customer hub. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will get to make a real difference to our customers, through providing first point of contact resolution.

Hours of work have a mix of home and office working, allowing flexibility to your working week, which will be provided to you via a rota four weeks in advance.

What you'll need to succeed

You will already be customer focused with a can-do attitude and a positive approach. You will have the ability to remain composed under pressure whilst demonstrating empathy and guidance to our diverse range of customers. A natural multi-tasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail driven and capable of always producing outstanding quality work.

This role requires you to work closely with a number of other teams across the region. You will have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner. No two days are the same so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy environment.

Assessment centres will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and Thursday 31st October 2024 at our office based in Beeston, Nottingham.
