Summary
Being a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) within our Oncology team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare is more than just a job. You will have direct impact on people's lives, providing specialist holistic support to Oncology patients referred to LPCH and providing better patient outcomes and clinical credibility for referring clinicians. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing evidence based holistic care to our private patients. The CNS willindependentlymanage a caseload of patients, providing a professional person-centred approach through care planning, treatment and beyond. You'll work closely with internal and external teams, including attending events to promote our services but you'll also have the ability to work autonomously and confidently provide expert nursing advice and support to other health professionals.
