Summary
Residential Support Care Worker - Witham, Essex (CM8)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker (day shifts) to join our team in Witham, Essex (CM8)
No experience is needed just a can-do attitude! We will ensure you receive all the required training to become a valued member of our team.
Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hrs a week on a 7-day rota & Par time Positions available
Typical shift times are 7 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm –10:00 pm. Rotas are arranged 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your social life well ahead.
*£22,562 pro rata, per annum - various shifts available to fit around all schedules
*£11.57 per hour

Typical duties may include: -Residential Support Care Worker - Witham, Essex (CM8)
Supporting people to live independently – budgeting, paying bills, housework, arranging appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals.
Excellent communication skills and Relationship building – supporting the people we support to be aware of the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
Community & Social Inclusion - supporting persons to access and join in their local community and social events to promote life skills and individuality.
Personal care - helping people to get ready for the day. This may include prompting the people we support to take their medication and assisting with bathing, showering and using the bathroom. Not all Support Worker roles include high levels of personal care.
