Summary

Are you an experienced building services, maintenance engineer?

£40,000 - £45,000 (dependant on experience & qualifications)

Static high end commercial office space in EC3 postcode

Monday - Friday (days only) - Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
    2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
    3. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
    4. Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
    5. Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities.
    6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.

    Requirements:

    1. NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
    2. 17th or 18th edition
