Summary

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Silverdale

Duration: 3 months ongoing

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

Rate: £12.98 per hour

Key Duties

• Processing customer orders (Manual or EDI) in a timely and accurate manner
• Providing excellent customer service at all times, retaining good working relationshisp with all internal and external customers and suppliers
• Escalating issues with SMT accordingly, ensuring that all workload is managed effectively
• Resolving arising issues in a calm and professional manner, handling all queries effectively
• Demonstrating working knowledge of all products and services
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
• Processing despatches from 3PL’s with ERP accurately and on time
• Performing administrative work, including data entry, plotting graphs and extracting important data to make value added improvements

Key Skills Required

• Works with excellent customer service, professionalism with a calm approach
• Detail-oriented and problem solver
• Verbal and written communication Skills
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
