Position Overview
-Full time admin support based in the Estates Office covering between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
-Helpdesk provision and general duties including logging faults on CAFM system and the issuing of work.
-Monitoring of Estates open calls and PPM's to ensure they are resolved and closed in timely manner. follow on work orders are actioned and closed out after completion of works.
-Minor works files after completion have appropriate paper work and are progressed to financial recharge.
-Provide Ad-Hoc admin support to Estates Management team as required.
-Ensure contractors are issued with ID badges and parking permits.
-Key issue and site key register update.
-Maintain departmental filing system
-General office administration and clerical support to wider department team.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
-Previous experience in an Estates office environment is desirable.
-Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
-CAFMs system experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Confident manner and be able to communicate at all levels.

-A team player who can manage own workload with minimal supervision.
